CMNL / NMCL UKBUS 8000 & 8500 Series
Alexander Dennis Enviro200 Dart Single Deck Bus

The Alexander Dennis Enviro200 Dart replaced the popular Plaxton Pointer and like it's earlier cousin has been produced in a varied range of different lengths. CMNL added their model version to the range in late 2007, they have so far produced two body lengths a short 9.8 metre and a long 10.7 metre, to date all but three of the releases have been single door models.

The Enviro200 can be fitted with either gasket or bonded glazing, however only two models UKBUS8002 & 8014 have been issued with the later glazing style.

Four further models were announced in 2012 before the demise of Creative Master, only two of these were subquetily released by the reformed Northord Model Company in 2013 and this pair (UKBUS8020/1) both feature revised front corner skirt panels. The other two proposed models now appear unlikely to be released.

In March 2024 Northcord Models announced that the Enviro200 castings are being fine-tuned in the factory. Some modifications will be applied due to the long silence on the toolings’ use. Future models will be issued in the new UKBUS8500 series, although as yet no specific releases have been announced.
