Brekina Announced More Routemaster Liveries
Brekina has announced three further liveries for it 1/87th scale AEC Routemaster models.
All three models are scheduled for release during August. Unfortunately once again two of there are issues with accuracy, an incorrect registration on the BEA model and real the vehicles not matching the short rear entrance RM class bus tooling used with 61107 being a longer RML type or 61108 being a front entrance RMA vehicle with platform doors.


61103 - AEC Routemaster Open Top Bus (RM1398/KJG 118A)- London / The Classic Tour (GB)


61107 - AEC Routemaster Bus (RML2701/SMK 701F - Route 15 East Ham) - Younger's Tartan Beer (GB)


61108 - AEC Routemaster Bus (KJG 601D) - BEA / British European Airways (GB)

Corgi OOC & Oxford Diecast Mystery Model Boxes
The Corgi website is currently offering a number of model mystery boxes containing a random selection of models. There's an OOC selection of recent & classic models which is priced £50 and gives a saving of at least £75!

Oxford Diecast Release Schedule Update
Oxford Diecast has published a list of revised release dates for previously announced new models, these have encountered production delays.
The full list can be found on the Facebook Oxford Diecast Collectors Group.
These are the new expected dates for the five Oxford Omnibus range models.

Scania Onmidekka Model Kit Released
Omnidekka Models has now started posting out orders for the Scania Omnidekka kit, Chris Cotton is aiming to dispatch all the orders by the 16 July and expects all order to arrive by the 20th.

Only 14 kits remained as of yesterday & there are no plans to produce another batch at the moment. The kits are £30.00 each which includes UK postage & packing.

Model Bus Federation July Journal Review
The July 2021 issue of the Model Bus Federation's Model Bus Journal has been sent to out members in the past few days. This is the only publication solely dedicated to model bus news & other related articles in the UK.
