| New EFE Model Announced |
| Bachmann announced a new exclusive EFE model for its appointed stockist's at Warley National Model Railway Exhibition over the weekend. The model has code 40101 can be pre-ordered from Bachmann stockist's and comes with an individually number certificate. | Three New Asianbus Models For UK |
| Three new Asianbus model releases are planned for the UK according to the John Ayreys Diecast website. There are no images of the models at present and the descriptions are somewhat vague. The UK RRP for the models is £46.99 & all three are shown as due in December 2016 releases. | New ADL Mini 200 MMC Kit |
| Saltire Models have sent me some photographs of the latest pre production version of their first kit. (see also the October 29 news item). The ADL mini 200 MMC 8.9m single deck bus kit is expected to be available in early February 2017. The all resin 1/76 scale kit will be supplied with glazing, wheels, & a decal pack and are priced £40 plus P&P. The first batch of 20 kits have already been reserved and a further 30 kits are being produced for general sale and will be available on a first come first served basis once released. | TTC Diecast have informed me that Bachmann now have some provisional plans for most of the outstanding EFE models announced back in 2015. It is yet to be confirmed whether they will be at the same price originally announced and also whether they will only be available through the Bachmann retailer route, or previous wholesaler route.  36007 Barton Transport - Leyland RTL Double Deck Bus - Jan  15808 East Kent - Leyland Titan PD1 Lowbridge Bus - Feb  38123 City of Oxford Motor Services - Bristol VRT Flat Screen Bus - Mar  12311 Maidstone & District - Harrington Grenadier Coach - Apr  23406 British Railways - Bedford TK Flatbed Lorry - May  31515 London Transport (route 177) - AEC RM Class Routemaster Bus - Jun  12122 Southdown - Harrington Cavalier Coach - Jul A brand new unknown model will be announced by Bachmann at the Warley National Model Railway Exhibition. This model is expected to be released in December. The only "new" model missing from the above list is the red route 12 London Transport RT 34112. It appears the two outstanding re-worked models, the Huddersfield Fleetline 18018, & the Greater Manchester PTE AEC Renown 30716 will not now be issued. |

| Alan Johnson has kindly sent me an update on the models kits currently available in his BUSKITS range. All the kits are resin/white metal and 1/76 scale. They are supplied with instructions & glazing. The kits are priced £38.00 for single deck kits & £43.00 for double deck kits. These prices are inclusive of UK postage.
