Oxford 76PANxxx Series
Plaxton Panorama Coach

The Plaxton Panorama Coach was produced from 1959 and was one of the first coach designs to incorporate the now familiar large side panoramic windows. The original design was replaced by the Panorama Elite design in the mid 1960s.

The body style was most commonly found on both AEC Reliance & Leyland Leopard chassis and was widely used with both larger operators & smaller independents of the era.
The body was available with either centre or front positioned passenger door.

The large windows made the vehicle a popular choice for holiday & touring work which boomed during the 1950's & early 1960's.
Notable operators of the type include Barton Transport, East Midland, Ribble, Standerwick, Southdown, Black & White Motorways, Wallace Arnold, Yorkshire Traction & Sheffield United Tours.

The Oxford model was announced in early 2014 and the first release, a Southdown coach made its debut in January 2015.
Model options allow the fitting of different front grilles with or without inset front light/s.
